Saint Valentine

Mosaic style illustrations accompany this picture book retelling of the legend of Saint Valentine and Valentine`s day. Valentine is a gentle Christian doctor living in Rome at the time of the Christian persecutions. He develops a friendship with a blind girl that is cut short when he is arrested by Roman soldier.
